Dar Baruchim is a Wealth Advisor at Kadima Wealth, and has prior experience across business and financial services, including roles in brokerage, venture capital, insurance, and related client-facing and operational functions. He works primarily with younger families and professionals, helping them bring structure, clarity, and intention to their financial lives.

Dar’s mission is to help individuals and families take the small, thoughtful steps today that can support long-term financial stability and independence for themselves and their loved ones. Growing up in Toronto, Canada, Dar saw firsthand how financial circumstances are more often shaped by everyday decisions made consistently over time. That early exposure gave him a deep appreciation for the power of compounding, both positive and negative, and a strong focus on proactive planning

Dar went on to study accounting and finance, which helped connect lived experience with technical understanding. It reinforced the belief that while people cannot always control where they start, they can meaningfully influence where they end up through informed, intentional choices.

That perspective continues to shape how he advises clients today, blending strategy, education, and long‑term partnership. Dar believes financial planning works best when clients understand the why behind every recommendation and feel confident acting on it. Whether navigating early career milestones, growing a family, or planning for the future, his role is to focus on aligning recommendations with clients’ goals and best interests, while helping them make informed decisions and avoid common financial pitfalls.

Dar holds the Series 65 license and continues to work towards other designations in the future, reflecting his commitment to client advocacy, technical excellence, and lifelong learning.

Outside of work, Dar enjoys literature, fitness, exploration, and learning anything that helps him see the world a little differently. He is happily married and the proud father of two wonderful boys, who have already taught him more about patience, priorities, and long‑term planning than any textbook ever could. Dar is deeply dedicated to his faith and actively involved in his community, values that anchor both his personal life and his professional practice.
